PCC Annual All-Church Retreat 2025
Once a year we come together for a weekend away, to provide a time and a place where we can grow together in fun and fellowship as a church family outside of Sundays. 

This year on May 2-4, 2025 we will be heading up to the Santa Cruz mountains together to quiet ourselves and to listen for God's leading to better understand how we are "Called and Sent" into the world to bring Him glory. It is hard to fully grasp our purpose in the midst of the busyness of daily life, so we are calling our church to take time to "Be Still" and know that God is here and working.

There are two types of housing available.

Family/Private Room: Each room has its own private bath with linens and towels provided (UPDATE: Description is from previous retreats. We are waiting to see if linens are still provided post pandemic). A variety of private rooms are available that sleep 2-4 people (rooms can have 2-4 beds). Rooms will be assigned based on your family/private group size. In this option, no other people will be added to your rooms.

Group Cabin: Carpeted and heated with a bathroom in every cabin. Bunk-style beds with one bottom bunk being a double bed. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Sleeps 5-9 guests. Group cabin assignments will be assigned (you can request cabin mates below) and others may be added to your cabin to utilize space.

Snack Potluck
     If you have ever been to a PCC retreat before... or just Pathway itself, you know we love to eat! We do need your help for retreat. If everyone can help bring a little, we will end up with a lot. Please don't feel obligated to sign up if it is too much of a burden! We just want people there together.

     If you are able to contribute please look for the email that will be sent to you after registration with a link to a signup genius for snacks.

What To Bring:
•Lodge: Linens are provided
•Cabin: Sleeping bag, pillow, towel
•Soap/toiletries, Bible, flashlight
•Modest swimwear & towel. Pool might be open during Saturday free time.
•Optional: Board games, snacks, shoes to run/hike/play basketball, water bottle, etc

Friday Check In:
•4:00-5:30pm at Lounge/Administration Bldg
•5:30-8:00pm at Dining Hall
•After 8:00pm at The Tabernacle
•If arriving after 10:30pm, please let Tim know

    Directions:
    Distance: About 68 miles, Approximate travel time: 1 hr 45 min
    From Castro Valley/Dublin

    •Take 580 to 880 South to San Jose which becomes CA-17 South
    (Or from 101 - take 85 South toward Cupertino/Santa Cruz- Approx. 13 miles) continue on and then:
    •Take 17 South toward Santa Cruz- Approx. 22 miles
    •Turn right at Mt. Hermon Rd. exit (continue until road "dead-ends")
    •Turn right for one block to Hwy 9 intersection
    •Turn right onto Hwy 9 (continue through towns of Felton, Ben Lomond, Brookdale, then Boulder Creek)
    •Once in Boulder Creek, continue past the one stop sign in Boulder Creek for about 1 ½ miles (you will pass the following streets: Oakley, Cresta Dr, Juanita Woods, Brookside Dr. then Two Bar Rd) and turn right at Two Bar Rd. Redwood Christian Park will be on the right
